Apply for Membership

We encourage applications from education consultants throughout Haryana who are committed to upholding ethical counseling practices and representing international institutions with integrity.

To apply for membership, please carefully review the following requirements

Membership Requirements:

1. Must be actively involved in overseas education counseling preferably for a minimum of 3 years.
2. Must have a proven track record of ethical practices.
3. Must represent accredited institutions from various countries.
4. Must agree to abide by AAEC’s Code of Ethics and have understanding of Memorandum of Association published at the website and uphold the integrity of the association.

Application Process:

1. Fill out the Membership application form along with the following documents:

• One photo of the Key person from the Organisation or Each Director/Partner.
• Aadhaar Card of the Key person from the Organisation or Each Director/Partner
• Affidavit as per Sample by the Proprietor or Key Director
• 2 Reference Letters from 2 existing AAEC members preferably from the same district.
• A Valid Business Registration Certificate
• One Representation Certificate of a foreign institution.

2. Upon review, eligible applicant will be invited for an interview or assessment
3. Membership Fee of Rs. 11000/- by Bank Transfer to the Association’s Bank account (Transfer Screenshot with payment reference required) will be requested.
4. Membership Certificate will be issued.
