How to Become a Member of AAEC?

We encourage applications from education consultants throughout Haryana who are committed to upholding ethical counselling practices and representing international institutions with integrity.

Becoming a member of the Association of Abroad Education Counsellors (AAEC) is a simple yet structured process designed to ensure high professional and ethical standards.

Follow these steps to join our growing network of trusted overseas education advisors:

Membership Requirements

To be eligible for membership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Active Involvement: Must be actively engaged in overseas education counselling, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

  2. Ethical Track Record: Must demonstrate a proven commitment to ethical business practices.

  3. Institution Representation: Must represent accredited international institutions from one or more countries.

  4. Commitment to AAEC Values: Must agree to abide by the AAEC Code of Ethics, have a clear understanding of the Memorandum of Association (available on our website), and uphold the integrity and values of the association at all times.

Application Process

To become a member, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Submit the Membership Application Form

Along with the completed form, kindly attach the following documents:

  • One recent passport-size photo of the key person from the organisation or of each Director/Partner.

  • Aadhaar Card of the key person or each Director/Partner.

  • Affidavit from the Proprietor or key Director (as per the provided sample format).

  • Two reference letters from existing AAEC members (preferably from the same district).

  • A valid Business Registration Certificate.

  • One Representation Certificate from a foreign institution.

Step 2: Interview or Assessment

Once your application and documents are reviewed, eligible applicants will be invited for an interview or assessment.

Step 3: Membership Fee Payment

Upon successful completion of the assessment, you will be requested to pay the non-refundable membership fee of ₹11,000/- via bank transfer to the Association’s official bank account.
Please send a screenshot or proof of payment with the reference number.

Step 4: Issuance of Membership Certificate

After payment confirmation, your Membership Certificate will be formally issued.
