Application Process
To become a member, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Submit the Membership Application Form
Along with the completed form, kindly attach the following documents:

One recent passport-size photo of the key person from the organisation or of each Director/Partner.

Aadhaar Card of the key person or each Director/Partner.

Affidavit from the Proprietor or key Director (as per the provided sample format).

Two reference letters from existing AAEC members (preferably from the same district).

A valid Business Registration Certificate.

One Representation Certificate from a foreign institution.
Step 2: Interview or Assessment
Once your application and documents are reviewed, eligible applicants will be invited for an interview or assessment.
Step 3: Membership Fee Payment
Upon successful completion of the assessment, you will be requested to pay the non-refundable membership fee of ₹11,000/- via bank transfer to the Association’s official bank account.
Please send a screenshot or proof of payment with the reference number.
Step 4: Issuance of Membership Certificate
After payment confirmation, your Membership Certificate will be formally issued.
